This piece of teak and holly flooring was removed from a camper nicholson 40 sailboat. It does have a lip on the underside. The ID of the lip is 16 1/8” long x 9 5/8” wide x 1/4” thick. The outside dimensions of wood piece are 18 1/4” long x 11 3/4” wide and is 3/4” overall thickness. Has a SS bolt thing that acts as the hatch handle. Has usual scratching to surface.
