This Wichard back stay tensioner is in excellent condition. Has 2 stainless steel shackles on each end. The pin size is 1/2”. The bottom shackle does come with a pin, the top does not. It measures 17 3/4” total length. The wheel is about 6 1/8” diameter. Spins as should.
